Paradigm for Client’s Global Branding
Phased construction required a forward‐thinking design approach. The first phase consisted of renovation that brought dated construction up to current standards and the design and construction of an 8,000 square‐foot addition. The second phase added eight 20,000 square data suites and 47,000 square feet of related mechanical systems.
The design of this data centercentre implements a global prototype that SNHA developed for the client.
The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
The project’s campus‐like planning, welcoming entries, generous customer lounges and custom patterned panel system are all designed in the service of advancing the client’s brand. Similar treatments applied to existing structures seamlessly unify the design. A crisp, modern architectural vocabulary reflect the CenterCentre’s innovative technology.
